Id give it a 5 star but the summer is almost over and still no pool privileges. Otherwise its real pretty area and nice inside. The gym is great and we have played pool in the clubhouse. Its worth the money.
This was the very first place I toured. The minute I met Esmeralda, I knew this was my new home. She was welcoming and she answered every question I had. I’ve lived in about six different apartment complexes across the country, and this is the best one yet. I’ve been a resident of the Edge at Dover for about four months, and I can unequivocally say they have the best apartment staff I’ve ever encountered. Esmeralda in particular, has been extremely easy to communicate with. She’s very patient and understanding, and she gets whatever you need done very quickly. I couldn’t recommend a better place to live!
My experience had been absolutely amazing! From starting the application process, touring the complex to currently living in my beautiful unit. Esmeralda has been such a pleasure. Very personable and friendly to the point of remembering the smallest details of our conversations. On top of it all, my dog is obsessed with her, always trust dog instincts. Even the maintenance staff is awesome. I could not be more happy to call this place my home!
