The apartments are nice and the overall area is clean and quiet. It takes a while to get anything fixed. It's a new build so they are still trying to figure things out. It's July 1st and the pool area is still not open.
Id gove it a 5 star but the summer is almost over and still no pool privileges. Otherwise its real pretty area and nice inside. The gym is great and we have played pool in the clubhouse. Its worth the money.
I toured an apartment on behalf of my sister. The apartment was nice and new. Esmeraldo is friendly, patient, and professional. My only concerns are the monthly fee to rent the washer and dryer, and the annual fee for amenities. I'm sure once completed, it will be a wonderful community.
I stopped by the office for some info about the layouts and pricing. Esmerelda was a huge help. I was able to learn about the floor plans, pricing, additional options and even fit in a tour, and it didn't take all day. Between her assistance, and the quality of the apartments, it's at the top of my list for a new place.
Esmeralda is professional and was great to work with. She showed me everything the complex had available and didn't complain once about having to run up so many flights of stairs. I had so much fun with her. She is a joyful and warm spirited individual.
