Update 9-22-2026 once again my daughter comes home to find water all over her bathroom floor! BS that you have yet to fix this problem!! You say she should contact you either any concerns 😂😂. Since she has contacted you many msny times and can’t get responses because no one ever answers the phone even the emergency number which apparently no one ever is available to answer!! My daughter lives there and I am a co-signer on her lease! She has had nothing but problems and the apartment managers never take care of the problem.... read more

This is an older property that has some growing pains like a trash problem from residents. This isn't the complex problem it's about grown folks who don't know how to throw there trash all the way to the back of the dumpster, 1st instead of dumping it right in the front of trash bin start throwing it in the back so other residents can put their trash in bin. The office tries their best to help you with concerns, with this new manager she is in gear at making updates and making new enhancements in the community like arrivals ... read more
Best living experience I’ve had in Columbus so far. I leased with Edge At Arlington for 13mo and I’m looking to downsize to a 1Bed at Arlington and will absolutely sign another lease.
I would not recommend living at Edge at Arlington. My experience was very disappointing. During the winter, the heating did not work properly, even though I had a newborn baby at the time. This created a very uncomfortable and stressful living situation
