I have not had a great experience living here at. It's been about 6 months since I moved in here and the property staff have dropped the ball multiples in the day I moved here, from Tennessee, but I'll narrow things down to my top two grievances. The day I moved in, I told them twice, weeks in advance that I would be arriving at about 12:00pm and I would be bringing my animals. They said that would be find and the apartment would be ready. I give this property a 5 star ,move in process was very easy with the help of ms.gabby . She gave me my tour also helped me with everything I asked for thank you to her and the management office they will show love !!
I've been looking for an apartment for my newborn and I to move into in a couple months and the tour I had today with Gabby has me smitten with The Edge at Arlington's complex! She answered every question, had a nice sheet summarizing/explaining the cost breakdown, and was a kind and honest soul sharing her experiences and care for her residents. No snow or ice removable. Maintenance is a joke. Been waiting for my dishwasher to be fixed since November of 2025. Now the floors are flooded and still no maintenance. The washer in the hallway flooded the entire hall entrance. I wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless man.
