I had a very disappointing experience with The Edge during my move-out process. I did a pre-move-out inspection on January 21, 2025, while my lease ended on January 22, ensuring the apartment was empty and cleaned. During the inspection, the leasing staff confirmed there were no major issues, except minor paint concerns on one wall. I even received a pre-inspection move-out sheet stating no damages and that only normal cleaning was required.
