Despite hiring a professional cleaning company and leaving the unit in spotless condition, they still billed me excessive “cleaning” fees with no real proof, only blurry photos and false comments about “dirty” racks and appliances. We moved back into this community recently because other properties staff were not efficient nor welcoming. I have interacted with every single staff member, from Jomel, Elena, Cici, and two other young ladies; they have all been very understanding and attentive to maintenance issues within our unit. Our family has never encountered a situation in which we feel unsafe. Edge apartments maintenance staff is very prompt and are very courteous. Especially Diego and Ulysiss have been very helpful with maintenance work
Not a good place to live. If you are finding a place here please DO NOT. I would give negative stars if I could to Jomel who works at the leasing office. He does not respond in time, handles cases and requests irresponsibly. I would alternatively appreciate Cici who helped us quite a lot! Overall they charged us more in cleaning fees and such so forget about your deposit. Completely DO NOT RECOMMEND staying here
I lived at Edge Apartments for 2 years and had an amazing experience throughout my stay. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like home from day one. The management team and staff were always professional, responsive, and friendly — any maintenance requests were handled quickly and efficiently.
