Stayed about a month ago no issues went to book again tonight and apparently they wanted $400 deposit on top of room price which was going to be $380, after filling out forms and awaiting for the key the little boy working then informed me I'm black listed when had no issues last time. Terrible way to run a business and treat people. Needs new management.
Luxury in name only—unless we’re grading on a curve. Stayed at The Edge Luxury Apartment Hotel in Rockhampton and found it to be more functional than luxurious. If you’re comparing it to other apartment hotels, it might scrape by with the “luxury” label, but expectations should be tempered.
