Had a great time. It was easy to book and get it done. As a 14 year old, all the staff were super nice and polite even when I was a little awkward. Ash did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable!

bryan is awesome!! I got my angel fangs done and he really took his time making sure the placement would be perfect, and during the process he was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the whole way through. I will never go anywhere else and would 10000% recommend this place to anyone who is wanting a piercing :) also, the shop itself is very well decorated and clean!

The girl at the front was so sweet and helpful even though she was busy. Ash was my piercer and was amazing. Ash talked me through all the steps and was reassuring, calm and kind. I had intended on getting both a rook and a conch piercing but after Ash looked at my ear anatomy and had Bryan look at it too, we decided against the rook. Took my daughter her to get her ears repierced after the piercings she got at 4yrs old did not heal properly, so we let them close up. The staff is amazing! They were professional, friendly, and efficient. They made my daughter, who was very nervous, feel at ease. Bryan walked her through the whole process and pierced her ears. She is very happy with her piercings!

Ash did a great job on our 13 year old's second ear lobe piercing. We were a walk-in and didn't have an appointment. Ash was very friendly and very thorough when it came to making sure her ear piercings were lined up. They checked multiple times which I definitely appreciate. The place is also spotless.
