Overall, very good experience. The provider and therapist I saw were wonderful. Front office staff though, at their very best, is terrible, Heather and Taylor specifically. It really seems like they do not know what is going on at all. Being confrontational on the portal. Talking down to patients. Basically, they can never make a mistake (ironic 🤭), entitled attidudes. Shannon is a joke of a doctor. Had to get myself sober from fentanyl because she is incompetent along with her boss dan (google his name). I have never had to explain pharmaceutical dosages & effects to a DOCTOR while discussing my treatment plan. Lacks education for her position. Gladly after 2 years I have joined the Military and can move forward from the abuse suffered as a patient at the hands of Shannon & Dan. Adam was an amazing therapist however.

Dan and his team were wonderful to work with. They kept us informed and explained things in a way we would understand. Highly recommend using them!
Perfect place if you want a 10 year old to be put on a high dosage of lithium! Horrible experience. Extremely unprofessional.
