So I have lived here 3 months and there are great things and good things that make this pleasurable environment. The gym is a beast. The pool is lap pool like with some fun areas. The prices are good for a young professional. Close to a lot areas such as The Battery and Cumberland Mall.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Maintenance ignored a serious issue, causing my refrigerator to shut off and ruining over $200 worth of groceries. Instead of fixing the problem immediately, they told me to wait until it happened again. Then, someone mysteriously took out only my trash to cover up the evidence—maintenance never takes out tenants’ trash. It is impossible to reach the owner. A screener took my name and said someone would call, but never did. The turnover rate is shocking. Not a week goes by where I don't see people moving out. Price gouging rent increases and mass evictions drive the exodus. The property changes hands frequently. Predator, billionaire investors are the landlords. Be careful with the terms of your contract.
