Tierra was an amazing tour guide—professional, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth, and I was so impressed that I applied on the spot. The property manager, Shannel, is also super amazing—warm, helpful, and made me feel right at home. I even got to spin the welcome wheel for applying on-site and won an air fryer! Such a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommend this team!
If you care about good service, stay far away from Eddy. I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but the tour experience was so bad I felt like I had to say something. I was about 14 minutes late to the tour — not ideal, and I fully own that. But from the second I arrived and politely apologized, the leasing agent (Tierra) made it clear she wasn’t having it. She gave off a rude attitude the entire time, didn’t explain anything, barely said a word, and honestly made us feel unwelcome. She walked way ahead of us during the en... read more
