This is a nice property but don't be fooled by the "leasing specials." I almost moved here because they were advertising 8 weeks free, but apparently the price you see online includes the 8 weeks free. Seems like malicious marketing to me so you "appear" to be getting a deal but it's actually normal rates. I can't trust a property management company that does that.
DONT MOVE HERE The worst place I've ever stayed. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS THE WORST. I lived here for 3 years, if I were to renew my lease it would've been my 4th. Long story short my upstairs neighbor has been having parties for a year. The apartment is cheaply built and walls are super thin. The road noise from the stop sign near by is intense from the thin walls, you will never sleep in from the industrial trucks, motorcycles, loud car engines and music. Joe is the best maintenance man! He definitely gets things done right the first time around and is always in such a good and helpful mood! He fixed my AC and always make sure he finds a solution
It was a pleasure working alongside with Mr. Lee (Leasing Agent) & Ms. Sparkle (The Property Manager) they welcomed my daughter & I with the most pleasant spirit. The dedication they had in making sure they answered all my questions. The knowledge Mr. Lee had about the community and the area was extremely important to me. If you are looking for a place to call home...The Eddy at Riverview will be the place and make sure you ask for Mr. Lee.
It was the most amazing process I have ever went through. I drove down from Florida Easter Weekend to tour the apts. Ms. Sparkle, showed me the apts and answered all my questions and helped me the entire process and catered me with an apt perfect for me and dogs near the bark park. She made me feel so comfortable and at home. And a big THANK YOU to Mr. Lee, for helping me with signing my lease and giving me my keys. They are the best ever.
