I just moved in today and my move-in experience went amazing. Shannel, thank you for taking care of me the entire time, making sure everything was ready for me. Great location and the customer service by the community manager is way better than I have ever experienced.
My situation isn’t ideal, however, i called and explained why and how im working to get the situation resolved . I was reassured that if i could provide paper work that they may work with me however I can’t even get a decision on whether I’m approved or not.I’ve reached out more than once. It also gives me a weird feeling when companies resort to third parties like approve shield as someone who works in AI tech it’s not perfect and I’ve seen it deny people that may actually be qualified and the fact they don’t take passports... read more
I have lived at this residence for over 3 years! And typically, I don't write reviews. I'm not sure if you're in the market for a beautiful community with EXCELLENT staff!! This should be you new home! Currently the proper is under new management. I've seen things improved in such a short period of time. Shannel M. the Community Manager is doing a PHENOMINAL job!! I love Sierra and Chanel ! they have been so welcoming and helpful while taking over the reigns of the leasing managers for us ! I look forward to renewing my lease and getting to know them more on a deeper level !
I’ve been living at this property since it opened and it was beautiful and it’s in a really great location. However, it went downhill quickly.Maintenance didn’t take anything seriously and rarely came. I complained constantly about the same issues and they were never addressed and if they were it took weeks recently there’s been a management change and everything has been looking better and I’m glad because I was about to move out and now I don’t have to. Whatever you guys did with changing management was a great idea.
