The MGR Kathy Conley is awesome! This property have some of the best staff and really manage this property as if we are all FAMILY! If there are any issues it will be addressed as soon as possible, trust me, Kathy is going to make sure of that. You can often hear her speaking to residents on the property even I have heard her say even to me after phone calls, love you, now! I love my Eddy community! And so would you!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff here is good… could be better but they’re very responsive and I understand they deal with a lot of issues. My issue is the amount of service orders I’ve had to put in. I am CONSISTENTLY having issues. From outlets not working to cutting my fingers on shards of glass in the sink, to my AC running hot, the weed smell through the poor vents, water pressure going in and out, drains clogging, dryer screaming like a human when powered on just insane and I CANNOT wait until my l... read more
I have been a resident here for about three years, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with the current leasing team. When I first moved in, the property was under a different management team. While they were generally good, there was one ongoing issue that unfortunately went unaddressed.
