Update: I originally chose to move into The Eddy solely because of the exceptional customer service I received from the staff at that time — especially the community manager, Shannel. She was the reason I signed my lease here. I didn’t even know this property existed before meeting her, and the level of professionalism and genuine community she created made this place feel like home. 1-Star Review — If I Could Give Zero, I Would This property has gone downhill FAST, and it’s honestly shocking how bad things have gotten since management changed. The ONLY reason I moved to The Eddy was because of the previous community manager, Shannel. She was outstanding, professional, and actually cared about residents. I’m not a resident here but my daughter is. I absolutely LOVE the staff at The Eddy. This is her first apartment and she has the BEST people as property managers as maintenance. Even from move in- the staff at the time were amazing. New staff is there and I love them so much I even think about moving here. Homes come with issues, that’s normal but it’s how the staff handles it that matters most. Shannel and Tiara are amazing humans.
My friend lives here, and the restaurants and brewery and apartments are all really nice. The access to the river is really sweet too.
My experience at The Eddy at Riverview has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish! It all began with my first phone call with Sierra, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to accommodate a same-day tour of the A4 floor plan. The moment I toured the apartment, I was sold!
