The Assistant Property Manager has been amazing since he has been here and the property has been getting better. The Property Manager Kathy has been good as well. They have been doing a great job and I hope they stay. I would recommend this place and it’s a 10 out of 10.
I would never recommend living at this apartment complex. There is an ongoing gnat and ant infestation on this property. The situation is extremely unsanitary—the gnats are getting into my food and inside my refrigerator, which is completely unacceptable. I have reported this issue multiple times to the assistant manager, Jamel, and despite repeated notifications, no meaningful action has been taken to address or resolve the infestation. I've been here since 2023 and honestly, I was a bit concerned on the high turnover of the property staff because I've seen three new property managers (I came in with the OGs Sparkle and Lee) and then when Shannel came in, I was like "whew chile" and was ready to move over to The Series just because I felt the complex kept being tossed from one person to the next without any longstanding solutions. I have been part of this community for the past three to four years, and during that time it has gone through several changes, including the departure of Sparkle & Lee. Since then, Cathy and her team have truly been a blessing. They have brought the community back together and are clearly committed to creating a better, more uplifting environment for everyone who lives here. Update: I originally chose to move into The Eddy solely because of the exceptional customer service I received from the staff at that time — especially the community manager, Shannel. She was the reason I signed my lease here. I didn’t even know this property existed before meeting her, and the level of professionalism and genuine community she created made this place feel like home.
