Love this place. I've used them several times. Website is easy to use and I love how easy it is to drop off and pick up your pet. No rushing around early in the morning.
Excellent outcome for my female bunny, Tulip. She came through her spay with flying colors and had a speedy recovery with no problems whatsoever. I was very nervous about leaving her overnight the night before because she is so needy of affection. Other than that, I was very happy with the scheduling process, the communication, and the care that was taken. I take my cats here for their annual dental cleaning and vaccines. I'm comfortable knowing that they are well taken care of in my absence, and our regular vet is always happy with their teeth!
I booked a dental cleaning for my cat with the EVI for literally a fifth of the cost that I would have paid at a pet hospital, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. I can’t say I wasn’t somewhat suspicious of just how low the prices were compared to typical vet care, but it’s clear that the work they do is incredibly skilled and they’re doing an excellent job living up to their mission of affordability.
