Cathy Eaton is the worst divorce attorney I have ever seen in action. Her motions are bare, uninventive, subpar, sloppy, and worthless. A student could write a better pleading than her. Her courtroom style is that of a bully. She concocts crazy, ridiculous stories, I've seen judges become frustrated with her crap and lay into her. Her style is to get up, in the courtroom and pace around, then when opposing counsel has their turn to speak, she rudely interrupts them, out of turn. It's a joke.
