You get what you pay for
Its a bit old and outdated vibe but it will get you through the night even though it is a historical building the heating worked fine and there where electric bedding. Showers and bathrooms are clean and good.
The room was extremely clean and comfortable, I stayed during the week so no live music, bathrooms and shared kitchen were extremely clean, I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through Ballarat
Booked last minute, super helpful staff. Cheap room does the job for a student at tafe like me. Shared kitchen and bathrooms are more than adequate for the price you are paying, bedroom has fan and heater which are great. Will stay again
Very hard bed. I booked a king bed and it was 2 singles pushed together. Shared bathroom and toilet. Feels very dated
