GET REAL HELP FOR VICTIM FAMILIES. Waited years for help from an attorney. Just for an attorney to hang up in my face? While i discuss my CRITICAL circumstances involving my very young child because she was im assuming flustered or misinterpreting my distress. Where are the people of passion and justice that used to be here!??! Ive been fighting the failing system on my own. This place cannot help in crisis. And does not help in actual crisis.

Horrible service, its all pretend help no one is Proffesional and they all have attitudes, lady at the front desk has an attitude when she cant answer basic questions. Nick is judgy and gives false information out. Anyone coming here has no other option. And a front facing company putting themselves out there as such should be way nore competent at intake level as that is the MOST vulnerable. People need help and if you half ass help then why are you "at work". You guys are not making the difference you think you are.
Awful awful gut wrenching experience. It is sad when the community believes there is help for those in need of the community. Because than there is nobody left to actually help. Our family has been torn apart and we were told we could rely on the family justice center. We could not. We are devastated and just trying to find peace. Instead of acknowledging the failure on their part I was verbally attacked over the phone.
