I went for consultation to color my very long hair, there was another couple before me. So I patiently waited for my turn. I'm from HR background, what I can't comprehend, is why there's no proper training for receptionist, the minute a client walks in, you need to make eye contact as an acknowledgement. had a haircut with Anna Parsa and she was simply great ! friendly and skilled - all you could ask for.
Kate did such a beautiful job with my hair. Transitioning from 7 years of one type of box dye colour to a balayage was a significant change for me! Her guidance and expertise on what colours would look best with my skin tone was spot on. I LOVE IT! She even toned my extensions to match. I’ll be back in a couple of months.
