I made an appointment at 3:40, they started my service 45 minutes later. I booked for a shampoo cut and style and I got asked if I wanted my hair washed and never got it styled just blowdried. I showed reference photos and it looks nothing like it. Very unprofessional and bad service. If they can’t do a cut they can just say so. Very dissatisfied with everything.
