We were very happy with the foundation work the Dwyer crew did for us. They installed 41 steel piers around our house to preclude any additional settling problems. The work crew was an absolute pleasure to work with - we couldn’t be happier with them, and each individual was friendly, knowledgeable about the work, accessible and available to talk with any time we wanted. Communication with the foreman and the project manager was excellent, and all our questions were quickly answered. We highly recommend Dwyer!

I decided to use The Dwyer Company to fix my front porch slab which had been sinking for the past 5 years. Our home was new construction and we were aware of this problem but were told to wait for 5 years so all settling can be done. It had dropped almost 8" over that period and I was very concerned that whoever did the work primarily had the expertise and experience so the current problem doesn't become an even larger one! listen here these reviews on here are all from current or past employees . do not call these ppl when they see a homeowner scared they move in for the kill they will sell you so much unneeded stuff that don't even work whatsoever and they will cheat every chance they get period do anything to steal from there customers and you can forget about the warranty they never will back that up ever they will blame the customer for every problem with there product or there no effort install a whole company who is lazy but can talk the... read more
