Kurt Duty helped me sell my house this past year. As a first-time seller I needed answers to lots of questions and Kurt was always available to guide me through the selling process. He is very knowledgeable about real estate as well as a good listener He was always prompt for meetings and helpful with the paperwork. .I would highly recommend Kurt as a real estate agent . Kurt and Rocio are so great! They are easy to work with, great at communicating. Their knowledge of the market and timelines were super helpful in navigating the process. I appreciated Kurt’s knowledge in homes and how thoroughly he looked through every property with us. He brought up points that we hadn’t thought about and was honest in his opinions. 10/10 recommend working with them. They’re the best realtors we’ve worked with and we will definitely be hiring them for future sales/house hunts.
