I was physically pushed out of this establishment because I didn’t read her sign about knocking. I had an appointment and yet she swore at me and physically pushed me out. It was outrageous. She can’t treat humans with kindness, I can’t imagine how she treats animals. I would never trust her.

If I could give Holly at the Dusty Dog no star, I would. When I arrived at my appt. for my 5lb and 10lb malteses I asked Holly if I could observe since she was a new groomer she very rudely said "no, your dog will act out if you are watching". So, I asked if I could stand to the side and watch my 10 lb Maltese being groomed by another groomer and she reluctantly agreed. The experience I had at The Dusty Dog yesterday and today was extremely unprofessional. When I arrived for my dog's appointment yesterday, the owner, Holly, was very disheveled and seemed scatterbrained as I told her about the cut I wanted for my dog as well as the wart that I wanted her to avoid on his side. I understand that she was busy, so I didn't think anything else about it.
