Great location. Appealing rooms and spaces. Will stay there again for sure
If it wasn’t for the staff, I’d give this a 1star. First, we booked a king room, obstructed view. We were given an Accessible room. Yikes! Wheres the Japanese shower you promised me? Why did i pay through the nose for a room without luggage racks? A room with a bathroom that was horrible to shower in. Only 1 towel each in spite of the mess the shower leaves all over. It made it extremely dangerous. The room did not have any decent signage. We did not know that one of the switches shut the whole room electric. Are they going... read more
Great
Bucket list experience. An old bank turned into a hotel. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. It's easily walkable to the DPAC even in the rain. The rooftop bar was lively even though it was super foggy. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant was really good too. Amazing coffee bar.
