this is a one-of-a-kind very unique personable gym it's truly made for the person who self-motivated to transform their body when you walk in you will see mini pictures of a former Miss Olympia competitor. She is actually the owner of this gym and a very passionate and great lady. This place feels so different from a commercial gym and you will notice from the very first day.
This is the best bodybuilding gym STL has to offer! They have every piece of equipment you could need and the owners are so wonderful.

Today was my first experience going to The Dungeon. I have heard great things from so many people and it was time to get in there and check it out. From the moment I walked in I could see this is the real deal and not some gimmick place. The owners are accomplished body builders and it shows! I had a great experience from the employees to the members there. Super clean, great equipment, big and well lit. Needless to say I had to get a membership!
