Friendly staff, great equipment selection and good environment. I enjoyed working out here while I was in town for work, will definitely go back if I’m come to Arnold again.
this is a one-of-a-kind very unique personable gym it's truly made for the person who self-motivated to transform their body when you walk in you will see mini pictures of a former Miss Olympia competitor. She is actually the owner of this gym and a very passionate and great lady. This place feels so different from a commercial gym and you will notice from the very first day.
Absolutely amazing!!! Everything you need to get fit and strong. Great owner who invites and welcomes everyone.
This is easily the best gym I’ve ever been to. Would recommend to anyone who lives in the area.
