I hired this trainer hoping for guidance, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience left me extremely disappointed. The biggest issue wasn't my workouts—it was the lack of professionalism. Instead of addressing concerns with me privately, he chose to engage with comments on Instagram and told someone to "ask her why she hasn't lost weight."
