We had a problem with our room that resulted from false advertising. We went to the office to try to get it resolved and when the staff called the CEO Ashley for assistance, she screamed at them in front of us before hanging up on them. The staff then embarrassingly told us that they can’t do anything to help us. When I emailed the CEO she told me that she would not be doing anything to help. We will not be returning to this resort and if the owners see this, you need a new CEO that cares about employees and customers.
Very busy no parking the food was not seasoned well good quality but no good flavor the appetizer Jambo Shrimp wrapped with Bacon was delicious Clamps Casino were good my Shrimp Crab Imperial had no flavor or Sauce very disappointed. Very expensive also. Sorry this is not the place I was referring to. I apologize for that.
