We've been renting at the Dunes for over a year and half now and have been very pleased with the staff, the service and the overall condition of the apartments we've lived in. We love it so much here, we've renewed our lease twice and moved to a larger apartment. The office staff are quick to address requests, professional and very friendly. We are so glad to call this our community and it truly feels like home!
We moved in about 6 months ago and have never had so many problems with an apartment in all of our years of apartment living. We miss the office staff at our old complex and our apartment in general! Very cheap appliances for the $$ you pay at the Dunes!! These apartments are NOT worth $1200!!! Not to mention our electric bill being $200 when we live up on the 3rd floor and have our heat set at 71!? We have had maintenance over many times, a few of the times to spray for CENTIPEDES!
