Gary is an outstanding home inspector and contractor. He is extremely knowledgeable about construction and home inspections & codes. He does a thorough job, capturing all the deficiencies, opportunities and risk. He is able to explain what went wrong/right the possible impact and make sound recommendations to protect you. As a Realtor, I have the opportunity to meet with and to examine the work of many local home inspectors. Gary Duncan, of the Duncan Group, is always one I strongly recommend. He's reasonably priced, VERY thorough, and his reports help buyers get a terrific sense of exactly their home's condition. Yes, I've lost a sale or two because of his high-level skills, but that's a small price to pay. You're getting the best in the business with the Duncan Group.

I can't say enough good things about The Duncan Group! I have used them twice now, once for myself and once for my mother. Both times Gary's reports were detailed and easy to follow. We saved thousands off the purchase price of my home in negotiating repairs which were clearly pictured and labeled in the report. My mother's home was a new build and we had a terrible time dealing with the home builder who attempted to deliver an incomplete and poorly finished home.
