Their 5 year 0% interest is a total scam. They have tried saying I missed three payments very early on. I called them out that this feels like a scam to get me to pay interest because every time I set it up I was on the phone with them asking if I needed anything else. They ended up “forgiving” the first 3 times. 4 years later ( 1 year of payments remaining) it happened again. I paid off the balance to avoid giving this scam any more money than they deserve. I really like the deals on the mattresses and working with Susan was great. What I don’t like is being shadowed by the salesmen. Our shadow salesman I could tell felt uncomfortable and kept apologizing for “them” telling him that he had to follow us. I’m 100% sure I would’ve considered buying more furniture but didn’t even consider it after being greeted by our salesman.
