John’s team was such a big help in allowing me to purchase my first home, especially as a self employed inexperienced buyer. They went above and beyond, considering I do a lot of literal paperwork for my business and taxes. I know I was a tedious headache for them, this I know without them ever making me feel that way. 😊 They got me in my home as quick and efficiently as they could, and really took the time to explain how things work to me.
We just closed on our house last month and when I tell you John duke and his team are a beast I mean it! He started off by letting us know previously the things we needed to do to get into the position of buying a home and when we were able they got us to closing so fast!
