I would like to Thank A Young Lady . At the wedding we attended. She was absolutely great ( Mahogany). She talked to the guest . She was totally awesome. Other staff were good too. They just looked to up tight and robots. Thank You Mahogany for your Great Service and Customer Service.
What a lovely nontraditional place to stay in Charlotte and close to uptown clean and so beautiful and quiet and the people were so nice that work there I will definitely be staying there again
We stayed there the night before my surgery because it was 5 minutes from the hospital. Everyone was so nice and the rooms are amazing and big. Beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Food absolutely amazing. Breakfast was included in your stay and since I got discharged from the hospital before Breakfast ended I had my husband drive me back and get Breakfast and their omelets and grits are absolutely amazing. I went here for an event, so I didn't have the pleasure to stay all night in a room. The service that we received was phenomenal!
