Dan and his team installed two ductless units in my house - they were very professional and Dan is extremely thorough and makes sure you understand what you're getting and that he's delivering what you want. I highly recommend The Ductless Company.
Highly recommend the Ductless Company / Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning. We needed to replace two aging Mitsubishi Minisplit units. Dan was very professional and honest with the pricing and the work that was required. They were able to re-use existing wiring and setups to save cost. Dan even made sure the existing older units functioned through the hot summer until they could fit us into the schedule. Dan and his crew showed up on time, and completed the work efficiently and kept all work areas clean and tidy.
All of the other reviews are spot on. Dan is great to work with. Informative and willing to walk you through every step of the process. He really works through the options you have: getting the rebate, best coverage for your home, and also takes into account your financial situation. I would highly recommend anyone thinking about getting mini-splits in their home to give them a call.
I cannot be any happier with our mini spit units that Dan and his team installed for us! We got them at the end of the season in October 2023 and were very happy with the supplemental heat. But the best part is being able to enjoy the air conditioning during all of these hot and humid days of summer so far!
