I got a very straightforward and reasonable quote from them. They showed on time, etc. I also appreciate they had a good idea of how much certain things might cost if they saw it ($X per main line, return vent, etc. above their specials). I really don’t think you can do better. For example, Apex has a competitive deal for duct cleaning only and when they visited for a quote we were met with extreme upselling and scare tactics (and an inability to actually reach a vent that was no problem for The Duct Guys). My ducts were in bad shape but some how Derek and his crew repaired them on budget.
On time, knowledgeable and excellent customer service!
