Jim is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. He did a great job inspecting and then replacing my non-code compliant dryer vent ductwork with code compliant rigid metal which can be cleaned.

Outstanding! Our experience started with the initial phone call to the main office, spoke with Barbara who was absolutely delightful. Told my wife we did not need to call anyone else. Upon listening to our issues, Barbara explained in great detail of how The Vent Guys could assist and what to expect as far as cost. I was very pleased with my experience today with The Dryer Vent Guys. Jim was very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He performed an initial assessment with a video and thoroughly explained exactly what he planned to perform. At the end of the service I was presented after photos evidencing problems solved. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this company.
