I've been going to this pharmacy for over 3 years, and, for the most part, it was a smooth process when Raquel worked there. Ever since she left, the owner has been struggling with maintaining a consistent schedule, answering phone calls promptly, having prescriptions ready on time, and sticking to his very changing schedule that he announces on his voice message.
