I love the shop. The people are always so friendly so helpful. They go out of their way to make sure everything is working correctly and they even helped me with my car because I had a bike rack installed that interfered with my backup camera breaking unnecessarily so the gentleman helped me deactivate that particular service on my car so I can now back up without the car breaking on its own. I’m so thankful for their service and I would highly recommend them.
This is the 2nd time this place did me wrong they told me the wrong interrupt fir my bijke overcharged me I needed a 26 x235 for a e bije they gave me a 26x175 for a regular bike charged me 15 i jus5 found the correct tube for 8 at carson schwinn 8 brought the old tube wuth me n he still gave me the wrong tube ill never go to that place again if your smart you eont either ive bedn thete 2 tines and they did me wrong 2 time tall nlond guy eutj a blobd trimmed beard did me wrong
I own a Lectric electric bike, had a hard time to find a reliable service shop for it, until I found this shop listed service provider for the factory, the service was fast and reliable, most time in a day or two they fixed my bike , they are carrying the most used parts including batteries, they charge upfront for troubleshooting, if you perform the repair with them they credit half of fee towards to the repair and parts. Recommend this shop for anyone who wants a quick and reliable service
Excellent service. They were extremely helpful in finding a replacement spring tensioner for my bike, even though the bike is from Germany and the manufacturer no longer sells bikes in the US. Replacement parts are not easy to find, but they still took the time to track down the correct part from another source. I really appreciate the effort and would definitely recommend them.
I’ve put over 2k miles on my e- bike and I don’t trust anyone but dropout to service it. These guys know their stuff and are professional and honest.
