Don’t bother coming here. I went here to buy a drone that is listed on their own website, only to be told that they only sell stuff over £5000. I wasn’t even let in the door, and was told this through the intercom out on the street. I had also asked about repairs to another drone that I owned and they just hung up on the intercom, so I was left bewildered, on the street, talking to an empty intercom. What a disappointing “business”.
Terrible customer service. Called on with the aim to get my drone repaired. Appalling customer attitude. Stick to buying direct from DJI or Wex. It’s a wonderful this company is still in business.
