After chasing and submitting extensive medical information and use information and after a great deal of faulty information from Driscoll on my wife Jeanie's Roundup claim we were informed of a settlement of only $26,030.55. I was awarded 45,000 but the pay tables reflect I should have received 100,00 . Even with having a baby, hysterectomy, pelvic organ prolapse, auto immune disease. Teeth loss, pain and suffering not being able to work I got 17,000 after settlement Master fees, administration fees 3600 to be held ? Whatever that means. These are High priced crooks. How can this be legal. I regret ever being involved with this company. There must be something that can be done . Double charging has to be ineffective counsel.
BEWARE!!!!!I would not recommend this firm for any class action lawsuit. I would given them zero stars!! I would not recommend this firm for any class action lawsuit. We (claimants) were suppose to get payout by July of 2021 but here we are today 6/3/2022 nothing yet but a bunch of run around. Its an excuse every time they send an update which is the same **** they said months prior. They wont email you back and put it all on the third party who is supposedly processing the payment and making sure you have no liens. I participated in a lawsuit with against Just for Men which started 6 yrs ago....it finally settled and checks were dispersed in August! I have not received my settlement and have tried over 20 times emailing Jesse Carney for an update and called the office and have gotten no response.
