My Mom has Alzheimer’s and struggles with dehydration and UTI’s. I had read online that getting a hydration IV would help. She was extremely dehydrated and I googled places in the area and came across this location. Every aspect from making the appointment (and changing it twice!), getting in there, explaining the process and other services I was curious about, making sure she was comfortable, giving her the IV, and even helping get her to the car, was a 10/10 service! Wow! Amazing customer experience and high quality service! I’m beyond impressed in so many ways, Katrina and her RN went above and beyond by taking me at the end of the day and even staying over to make sure my service was properly concluded.
