Loretta and Christopher are the best. I highly recommend this to anybody that has problems they do wonders.
Relaxing experience that left me refreshed. The staff were very attentive, the chairs were very comfortable, and the music was a perfect touch. They give you a pillow for your arm, a heated blanket to go the extra mile, and a refreshment. Would recommend to anyone visiting Charlottesville to not miss this oasis.

Farrelle (that front desk girl ;p) is a breath of fresh air each time you walk in. She is bubbly and informative, as she and Billy both (who also works at the front desk) will inform you about the latest offers and events, while sprinkling in some laughs to keep the mood light. The appointment times are not long-- about 10-15min for 2 shots. The storefront is clean and upbeat with plenty of places to lounge or rooms in the back if you prefer privacy.
