Always popular, often busy, but the staff are always efficient and on top of everything, and the food and drinks are always top notch (⌒▽⌒)☆
Everyone was nice, but they forgot to make my drink. I walked in and right up to the counter… then about 10 or more people came and left before my drink was made only after I went back up to the counter to ask about it. $15 for a coffee and a cookie shouldn’t take 30 plus minutes.
I’ve stopped in three times and varied my purchases. The sandwiches are edible to decent depending on your taste. The hot chocolate is yummy but as a coffee connoisseur, I have to rate it poorly. It’s along the Bigby, Eight O Clock vane. The cookies are dry and lack integrity. The customer service is cheerful and quick and the vibe is easygoing. The restaurant and bathroom were clean.
