My partner and I both purchased Groupons for 40 units. We had a lovely experience at the appointment, but the Botox was over diluted and never kicked in. We have had Botox many times before and never had this experience. At the appointment, we followed all instructions as well as purchased additional units per the Nurse’s recommendation. Unprofessional injector, I planned my day around my appointment just to get a text from her staff 45 minutes prior to my appointment that she is sick, and I need to reschedule. Then they tell me there is no other option to reschedule this week unless I got to Petaluma!! next appt 10 days out. They make you prepay for services and turn around and cancel 45 minutes before appointment through text not even a call!!!! Crazy never going back.

I love coming to this place, staff is soo nice and knowledgeable. They really know what they’re doing. Will be coming back. I see the results now and I loooove itttt!!
