This was my first time visiting Juneau! Appon arrival the staff were very friendly and kind. We were upgraded a room due to my partner not happy with location of first room and these were honestly so perfect and cozy. The walls were made of brick so kept the heat in and the noise down. Right in the middle of everything which was great. The price outbeat the other hotels near by. Super convenient corner store right outside our door as well as a supper yummy breakfast at the sandpiper next door. The museum was right behind us ... read more
Folding Security Lock on door was gone, insufficient room in bathroom to enter/exit without opening/closing door, NO King Size Beds even though they advertise having them, EXORBITANT PRICES, NEVER AGAIN!!!
Dude Russell and his staff were great! Accommodations and location was perfect.
