Recently went and paid $30 for an appt. only to have an option of three dresses. It would have been nice to have been informed of the limited selection. The employees was very nice and apologized, however I don’t think it was fair to be charged, especially for 15 minutes at most. Owner was notified but didn’t offer a refund.
I can't give this place enough praises. Christina was beyond amazing. Was extremely friendly and helpful. Customer service was 10/10 and prices were honestly really competitive. Highly recommend.
I had such a lovely personal experience! I would recommend this shop before any other. After being disappointed at uptown bride for their snobby service , I found my way to the dressing room west . I had such a personal bride like experience it was fun 🤩 and beautiful gowns at a great price ! They even suggested an amazing seamstress.
