Just want to say my experience at the dress shop was AMAZING! I had Isabel M as my stylist and she made my experience unforgettable!! She was so awesome, sweet, caring, attentive and was beyond helpful. With her help I was able to find my dream dress, she was so amazing. I highly recommend coming to this beautiful dress shop, this was my first stop and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision!! Thank you to the dress shop!! I had truly the best experience with The Dress Shop. Jessie (along with all the other girls) greeted us with a smile and seriously went above and beyond to make me as comfortable as possible during my appointment. I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the consultant, Carol, who helped me. From the moment we started, she was so kind, patient, and truly listened to everything I was looking for. I had such a delightful experience at The Dress Shop in Howell. Isabel was phenomenal to work with, so kind, relaxed, encouraging, not pushy, and helpful. She really made my dream wedding dress come to life by having everything on hand to enhance a dress store-model to make it what I hoped for (sleeves, crinoline, veil, etc.). My group of 4 was well taken card of and were able to relax. I recommend checking out the Howell location if you can! It was clean, welcoming, and overall such a great experience. Thank you Isabel!
I won their VIB experience and had such an amazing time! Every lady in the store were just the sweetest women and seemed genuinely excited about finding a dream dress and not just making a sale which is wonderful to find in a dress shop! I had my name twin Isabel as my consultant and she was FANTASTIC!!! Ended up getting my dress from here and would recommend anyone looking to check them out!
