I have not come across a business in Edmonton that cares as much about their customers and their event than this one here. Amazing staff from the trying on process, to the checking out to the final product. Mad props to the team for helping us find the perfect dress. I found my dream dress here! Kaitlyn was a pleasure to deal with at the dress appointment. I chose a dress that was to be custom made to my measurements. When the dress arrived I had two fittings, the second one was 1 week before the wedding. At this appointment I pointed out the back was pinching and uncomfortable. The designer couldn’t figure out what adjustment would fix the issue (I was very focused on this as it was extremely uncomfortable) I left with the dress thinking there were no other option.
