Yikes - avoid this place at all costs. I was triple confirmed for an appointment today and when I arrive it is to a locked door (but the light is on 🧐) and there was zero response to my calls or texts + knocking. Wow. The sign on the door even has a make up artist QR code, this is such an odd scam!
I booked an appointment far in advance, confirmed my appointment multiple times, and when I arrived for my appointment, no one was at the suite. I called and texted the number provided, where I was met with unprofessionalism. The person responding to messages mentioned there was an emergency, which I can be flexible with, but the lack of communication was a miss for me and the way it was communicated was incredibly offputting.
Extremely Unprofessional Experience – No-Show for Scheduled Appointment! I had an appointment scheduled today, April 1st, at 7:00 p.m. I confirmed the appointment in advance and even reached out via text, yet no one showed up. I drove 40 minutes to the appointment, only to be completely ghosted.
Horrible! I booked online a month ago & I get a text the day of to tell me the office is closed & the MD is revising the policy & procedures. Never offered to reschedule & when I asked when I can come in, Im told the end of the month. Seriously? Seems like they don’t know how to run a company! Don’t waste your money 💰
I made an appointment and I was stood up. Nobody was even there. I see this happened before, and who knows how many others haven’t written a review to say it happened to them too. After Noni contacted me saying they tried to call me but nobody answered. She was calling the wrong # (off by 1 digit). She said that was the number I registered with.
