I had 6 drawers made by the team at drawer thedepot and had them shipped to Roatan Honduras. A long trip for sure. The precautions they took for protecting the shipment was unbelievable. I was thinking if the construction were anywhere close to how the packages the drawers, it would be a homerun. Sure enough, the materials and construction is superb. I would purchase from them again for future projects.
Excellent customer service. Quality drawers and cabinet boxes. Our company has been exclusively ordering from Drawer Depot for the last 10 years and wouldn't buy from anyone else. Professional, experienced, priced accordingly.
I have used DD many times before this one. It is a disaster. they did not return calls and e-mails. They could not find my drawings for weeks. The did not follow specs for finish, for hardware, for dimensions. Now do not return my mail or calls in my effort to meet them half way. NEVER AGAIN USE THEM.
