For someone that was new to St Louis - I really enjoyed my time living at The Draper. The location is very central, which made it convenient to get around the city. The management team was excellent — they handled any issues that came up quickly and were always supportive and accommodating whenever I needed help. It’s a great place to live, especially if you’re new to St. Louis and looking to find your feet. I’d definitely recommend it to others.
I lived in The Draper for almost 2 years, and I had a great fairly great time. I definitely recommend walking through every unit, even if it is the same floor plan. It is an old building so there are bound to be some wood creaks, and other differences between the units. I also recommend befriending your neighbors, management, and maintenance. Really had a nice experience living at the Draper. Leasing office was friendly, helpful, easy to work with, and treated me like a real person. I knew i could count on maintenance hero Mike for anything, and fast (gonna miss that guy!), and also I thought it was funny that theres a different hat on each floor and the top floor its a top hat. This is definitely the best apartment building I have lived in within my last 9 years of living in apartments. Management and maintenance is onsite and so quick when you need them. Also incredibly nice and accommodating! The apartment itself is such nice quality, and you get a nice mix of industrial and modern. The gym is nice, there's bike storage, storage units on site, trash rooms on each floor... it's just so convenient and nice! Everyone I've interacted with that lives here is really nice too.
The Draper is amazing! I moved in in December and have loved my time living here so far! The apartments are super cute, it’s very dog friendly, great location, maintenance is always super quick and everyone is always so nice! I love the big windows too!
