Incredible hotel and the team is amazing. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to provide stellar service!! Parva & Shenezia are the best. Very thankful for all of the staff and the view from the room is one of the greatest in the city. Highly recommend!!
Best location . I enjoy my stay. The room was not too big . I didn't mind because it had all I needed for a bedroom. I wasn't going to be spending time in the room. The room had a large tv. I desk and coffe/tea station the bed was super comfortable. Down features pillows.. The bathroom was clean and the water flow was on point. I have no complaints. The is a nice lounge/bar area right off reception. They also have a café area. Can't wait to go back.
The hotel is nice. It's in a great location off 5th avenue. Not far from Times Square and herald square but tucked away from the chaos of those areas. The rooms are small but were nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was the standout. Everyone was so friendly, responsive, and accommodating, especially Harshi at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this place, especially for a quick trip to the city.
We loved our stay! The front desk staff was wonderful, very friendly. I really appreciated the texts throughout my stay, just asking if we need recommendations and how the stay was going. After checkout we left our bags with the front desk which was great we didn’t have to leave the city at checkout or carry bags with us. The location was PERFECT. We felt very safe and the area was nice, lots of things to do within walking distance or quick walk to the subway. Can’t wait to stay again!
