Excelente condominio atención oportuna limpio y con buen parqueadero
Vivir en The Drake ha sido una excelente experiencia. Son un equipo muy serio y comprometido; siempre responden y resuelven las solicitudes con mucha rapidez. Los alrededores se mantienen impecables y la zona de la piscina es muy completa, con un área de BBQ perfectamente equipada. Sin duda, un 10 de 10. Altamente recomendado.
I really love living here! It’s such a pleasant and peaceful place — clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The location is great, close to main roads and everything you need in Midland. The office staff is always friendly and professional, and the maintenance team responds quickly to any request. There’s also a lovely coffee area that’s perfect for relaxing or meeting with family and friends. The gym area fits my needs perfectly, with everything necessary for a good workout. I won’t hardly write bad reviews but if I can help at least 1 person then it’s worth it. TLDR: Highly recommend you try elsewhere. Not a place for new families. Single men, it’s a good option especially if you have “aggressive breed” dogs. I am not exaggerating, it was a miserable experience living here. First year was great on the 3rd floor. Thought I’d upgrade to a larger 2 bed apartment on the first floor and it was an expensive mistake. New management lost my deposit and first month rent ($2700) in money orders. It got t... read more
