The girl at the first desk was rude...lacked customer service skills. Even though the property is very nice and well maintained, I don't want to be made to feel like my time is not important.
We submitted a request to repair the dishwasher. Which hasn’t worked since we moved in. And still the job hasn’t been completed. Also in my old apartment. Which was in The Drake as well. They hire a third party company to come clean. Which they over charge. For example, $122 for supposedly throwing two bags of trash away. Ridiculous. So as a result, people won’t receive their deposit back because of the extra charges. They also get you with the utility fees at the end of the lease. The previous owners were much better.
The Maintenance Department jumped on this issue and resolved it in a very short amount of time. They also fixed a much smaller issue while there. Definitely appreciate the quick response!
