The Drake was very helpful and accommodated my move to fit around my schedule.
Lived there for about 4 years. First 3 years were amazing with old management. New management came and everything went down hill. corridors looks ghetto. Trash everywhere. Poop everywhere. My lease ended about 7 months ago. It ended the first or second week of the month, which my final rent payment should’ve been about $1,000 and was confirmed with management over the phone, the app they use to pay charged me full month rent. Maintenance staff is very far stretched and takes multiple times to visit office for simple things to fix!
