I’m back at the Drake Apts for a 2nd time. This time Kerlyne is my leasing agent. Exceptional extra mile is how I would describe the service I received. Sometimes small acts of kindness can change a life. This is an another new beginning for and Kerlyne assisted me with a great “welcome home”!
While taking a tour of this complex, if you see elevators are out of order ask them how long they have been down. Because this building has been down to one small elevator for over a month with no response of when it will be repaired. If you get on the one working elevator, and see it’s disgusting because people drag their leaking garbage bags onto them, run.
