A great experience with Jarryd from The Drain Man. Arrived on time and with the camera was able to highlight issues to be resolved. Rang the Drain Man as had tried all the suggested ways of removing the blockage with no luck, they were able to send Andrew out that afternoon, he checked out the issue and tried to unblock , Investigated with camera after removing toilet and located the blockage , removed the blockage and ran the camera down the complete system to ensure it was all clear, refitted the toilet and all good. Andrew was polite and courteous and explained all the do's and don'ts to prevent a reoccurance.
I found Darren and Paul very efficient, helpful, professional and excellent to deal with in every way. Paul attended the site on time and provided me with updates on the works and couldn't have been more helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Drain Man to everyone.
