We called out this company a month ago, they sent out someone who assessed the problem and although he said they could help fix the problem and supply a quote, we have had no response from them despite chasing. Charged us £110 plus VAT for doing very little on the day.
Dan came very swiftly and rectified the issue and advised a remedy to cure future issues.
Dan did a good job and offered good advice. Recommended.
Excellent service from the Drain Guys. Booking was very easy, and although the appointment had to be rescheduled, it was handled professionally and was of no inconvenience. The engineer, Karl, arrived very promptly the morning of the booking for a CCTV Survey. He introduced himself and explained what he needed to do.
