Awful service. Would not recommend at all. Communication is very poor and staff approach their work with arrogance and unprofessionalism. I was scheduled to have a drainage survey which I was informed was a compulsory requirement for having an extension. Information had to be shared on numerous occasions because it wasn't logged and staff were abrupt and unhelpful in their communications. Great service from Dan and Zen. Dan and Zen came to my property and were able to remove a blockage in an outside drain. They went above and beyond by completing a CCTV survey once the blockage was cleared to confirm everything was running properly. They were also very knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them.

Called them out for a blocked sink. They were here within the hour and had done the job 40 mins after that. Clear and fair pricing. Martin did an excellent job, sorted the problem and left the bathroom exactly as he found it. Would recommend to anyone.
