Pat and The Drain Guy very quickly and promptly saved us on short notice on a Saturday, after The Drain Doctor scheduled us on a Friday morning and no call - no showed for our appointment window. Over priced. Waited over 24 hours for a response.. 20 minutes to fix a toilet shut off... Invoice doesn't explain anything about fixing. Just amount. over $300 for 25 minutes of work

A great experience. You can trust their answering service. They get messages correct and to the team. Patrick was friendly and helpful on the phone. He explained what he did, why it happened, and how to plan for the next repair. Timely - came the next day. Did what he promised to do. A rare positive experience with a plumber.

These guys are amazing! Don't even bother going with anyone else to diagnose and unclog your drains. We had a stubborn outdoor drain clog in our 2nd floor enclosed deck that was causing a leak into our living room whenever we would have a downpour of rain. We think that the clog may have been caused by concrete type material mixed with dirt and other debris making it's way down that drain, so definitely not something that would be unclogged easily. The Drain Guy is top notch. When you need someone to trust these are the guys. Responsive, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I have referred them to friends and family and they have not been disappointed.
