Another great experience with Joe Castro! We left a message Friday night & he came Saturday morning about 10:00 am. He took a few minutes to access the reason why the sewer branch pipe was backing up and continued to do a Hydro Jet cleaning which cleared it up. To find the root of the problem, he used a camera and saw a shifted pipe section that created a lip that the debris clogged on. He recommended to fix that so it won't happen again. He did amazing work, came within the hour of calling and made sure i understood what was happening and gave me options for repairs.
